I think what people mean is that it is ok to experience things that aren't happiness or contentment. It is validating ones feelings and actually encouraging them to recognise them which is the first step in taking action and addressing them. And part of the healing process is to sometimes fully experience those emotions

@PepsiColaP Same thing I'm saying, you can acknowledge something is wrong, but too many pretend it's a good thing. I'm just one voice, though, and only one opinion.
