Store has three different ones none made in the USA..close enough made in Canada. Bitch of a nurse wouldn't even let me take it to her..I know she's doing her job.

I have a battery one that also can be plugged in to use if the battery is low. Haven’t needed it since I retired. When I retired from the university and worked at two different places with skylights in the ceiling I was getting enough sunlight I didn’t need it either. They are effective for birds and cats when there has been a long cloudy period, they will really get cheerful and they love to sit next to the light. Also Vitamin D and fish oil supplements helps a lot.
