I’m not ignoring anyone, just been pretty sick along with my kids the past few days. I’m grateful they’re doing better, just wish I could be too.

@MellyMel22 I had to have the flu vaccine for my sister if it meant being at my first nieces birth 3 years ago, which I wasn’t allowed to be there for anyway. (Long story) but when I caught the flu after that shot I begged for death I was that sick. And when I had the flu without a shot, it was like a ball in the park and went away like a piss in a river. I think the main problem is no one pays attention to high immune diets. I admit.,, healthy food is hard to prepare or find.

@MellyMel22 In some cases they do but GPs (doctors) don't issue certificates for short term illnesses. The NHS is under enough pressure already without parents having to consult their GP every time a child gets a sniffle.

Thank goodness your kids are getting better. You’ve told me about their situation. Kids are strong, but even so you have a way of making me worry! I thought that natural immunity was supposed to be BETTER than the vaccines!
