Giant centipede in my house

It crawled out of my room and ran to my sister's room but it is late at night and I don't want to wake anyone up. It was very long and dark and it wasn't one of those weird house centipedes that are common in some houses it was one of those more jungle-looking ones like the ones they show in movies. Should I be worried or try to remove it from my home? I was too afraid and stressed when I saw it to kill it cause I had never seen one before and I especially didn't expect to see one in my home.

How big? Like inches or foot long?
Can’t you call emergency pest control. I don’t know what country you are in and don’t know much about centipedes if they are dangerous. I know the ones here in Britain are tiny and harmless.

When you mean jungle…. Do you live somewhere with poisonous centipedes

What I mean by jungle is that it is not a house centipede which are the species that are small and can be found in homes sometimes. I said jungle because it looks like the ones that you mainly only see outside. I tried attaching a photo of a house centipede below. @Carlisle

This looks more like the one I saw, and I live in Florida USA.
