Update: Slight improvement. I took a hot, hot shower, and stayed in there a long time letting hot water run on my face, took a nap for about 2 hours, and that was NOT an improvement. Then slathered my shoulders, arms, neck and back with icy hot pain cream, and that helped the most. Staying away from the computer for a bit...but don't worry. I think this is going to be survivable.

Thank you, all of you who wished me well. Although I am still aching, it is more like a 48 hour bug than anything else. Headache is receding, and now it is just body aches, a little coughing, and the mild sore throat is almost gone.

If it IS the Rona, as so many have suggested, then I am a testimonial for the Moderna vaccine. 🤣🤣🤣
