I can't swallow tablet's

I just can't what should I do

I have trouble too.

I put one in my mouth, then drink some water and hold it in my mouth with the tablet.

I don't chew the tablet, but I make chewing motions with my teeth. This fools my gag reflex into reacting as if I have been chewing food, and then I can swallow.

I sit down at the table and put the tablet in my mouth take a drink of water and tilt my face down a bit and that helps a great deal swallowing even the larger pills

@DrWatson I was always scared of a pill going down my windpipe until I learned to do this. I take quite a few large supplement pills like collagen, calcium, magnesium so needed to learn a better way to take them.
