Are people allow to refuse vaccinations for Covid 19?

So people don’t even trust it still which I don’t blame them. Also for other people saying that people refused they think they are very selfish or inconsiderate.
Do they take your blood too?

Lol. I'm fine with people refusing a vaccination..... But get them to pay their own medical bills if they catch it...
