This method most always works for me. I grabbed some text from a site. Might want to give it a shot. When you're doing it try to breathe deep and 'move' the pain out of your head. It can be a pretty amazing trick. The pressure point is in the webbing between the thumb and index finger. Put your thumb on top and your other index finger below and squeeze. You want a little touch of 'pain." You'll know you're on the pressure point.
Union valley points are located on the web between your thumb and index finger. To treat headaches:
-Start by pinching this area with the thumb and index finger of your opposite hand firmly — but not painfully — for 10 seconds.
-Next, make small circles with your thumb on this area in one direction and then the other, for 10 seconds each.
-Repeat this process on the Union Valley point on your opposite hand.
