How can i make my head stop hurting?

I have a really bad headache its been pounding for like 4 hours. I drank a cup of water and took a tylenol but it didn't help. I just want it go away cuz I'm supposed to meet my friend at the mall and its making me super cranky

take 2 500mg tylenol and 2 advil together every 6-8 hours for the pain. If you need more than one dose , its time to see the doc and figure out if you have migraines

@TexChik I don't have advil but I just took a second tylenol. It might be a migraine or just a bad headache I'm not sure. Is there a way to know?
