How can i make my head stop hurting?

I have a really bad headache its been pounding for like 4 hours. I drank a cup of water and took a tylenol but it didn't help. I just want it go away cuz I'm supposed to meet my friend at the mall and its making me super cranky

@HiImAshley Find a differet room? When medicine doesn't work for me that means its a migrain. Usually stress or eyestrsin. Calm and quiet tends to help.
