Have you tried the 'shag haircut'? Is it easy to wear, or does it require a lot of maintenance?

I like the idea of it, but I tend to wear my hair up most days and feel it would all keep falling

It's low maintenance, it's meant to look messy and undone but you need to keep on top of your trims and keep your hair moisturised. You just need a bit of wax or salt spray for texturing 😊
