Should I rage or not?

I need opinions on whether this hair is worth calling out/write a review or not.

I found my local stylist back in 2013. She worked at Sally's beauty store, gave me good home coloring advice, and gave me her card. She apparently worked as a hair stlist part time. I went to her for years after that, probably 6 times a year.

Eventually I got sick of her always being late. Being late to start, taking 4+ hours per time, and constantly going outside during appointments to chain smoke.

So I researched a super qualified stylist and found someone 40 min away, years of experience and certifications, and the first time I tried her....she made my hair look amazing in 1.5 hours.

So I went to her for a few years, instead of the local.

The 40 min stylist did a blah job on my hair last time and I got impatient and wanted to "fix it" so I decided to have my local stylist change it.

Below is what my local stylist did, pic of what I wanted versus what I got..... in EIGHT, 8, hours. Not kidding. 11:30AM to 7:45PM. On one hand I wanted to pay her for staying 8 hours. On the other hand, I got this:

After that appointment, the local stylist said she would fix it for free. I didn't even ask. She offered to fix it. We made an appointment for 3 days later.

That day came and I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time and realized...I dont want that woman touching my hair ever again.

I texted her my reason for leaving, in a nice way, and asked for half my money back.

About 36 hours later now and no response.

Thats fine because the 40 min stylist can get me in next week.

I wanted to leave a bad review, with pics, for the local stylist.....but was she just having a bad day? You can't really have bad days as a stylist though.

And I do find it rude that she hasn't responded AT ALL.

Thoughts?
I would be really upset, ESPECIALLY since she hasn't responded or made it right by giving you your money back. I would give her 48 hours before I left a bad review.
@SomebodyThatYouUsedToKnow maybe even tell her you are giving her 48 hours to make it right before you leave a bad review 🤷‍♀️

@SomebodyThatYouUsedToKnow I didn't want to threaten or blackmail. That's why I explained that I've "known" her since 2013. basically I feel bad for her reputation. but I'm mad, lol.
@HellsBelle I wouldn't consider that threatening or blackmailing, I would consider that informing her of the consequences of her actions, or lack there of.

Very rude there is recourse as a hairstylist and if she has a license she is governed by a board in her state. Chat to the state board of Cosmetologists in your state capital. Give them specific details but truths and details not how long of a drive or your decisions in your head. Time and place and persons name Phone # addy all that.
Best of luck

I agree with LongGameGal.

It shouldn't be too hard to fix though. It looks like ...lol I'm high I just completely forgot everything.

@MrSmooTh same. I will figure it out when the time comes. this stylist knows me too. I barely need words to say what I want.

@HellsBelle It looks like the highlights are mostly right. They just have to fix the bottom.
