Any advice about what to do for thinning hair on an older woman in her late 50's (me)?

In my teens, 20's and 30's I had very thick hair. Not anymore. Are there vitamins I can take to help? Hair treatments?

Iron supplement or if your on medication, also the recent vaccines have caused hair loss.

@Fairydust I've been on medication for high blood pressure for many years. I haven't taken iron supplements for quite awhile.

Aw that will probably be the cause, it can affect your hair.
Iron is good and vitamin supplements.

@Fairydust I do take vitamin supplements but not iron. During pregnancies and after I took a prenatal
supplement and I remember that my hair was very thick and very dark (I'm a brunette).
Good to know. Thank you 😊

My daughter suffers from alopecia in patches at times and hair loss all over, she takes iron and it’s 💯 improved.

@Fairydust Wow, that is wonderful! So maybe there is hope for me 😊

Yes I had hair loss going through my break up, I took iron and sea kelp. Helped me too.

@Fairydust I'm sorry about your break up. My mom put me on sea kelp when I was young. I should try it again.
