The only shitty thing about having thick hair is that hair removal is awful.

If I shave anywhere other than my face, you better believe I'm gettin' razor bumps. I can try waxing it, but it feels like I'm peeling my goddamn skin off with how big these hair roots are. 🤦‍♂️ Hair removal cream? Nope, doesn't even help no matter how much I use or how long I leave it there. I got real sensitive skin too, that doesn't help one bit either.

Have you tried exfoliating before hand and applying cream afterwards?

As for hair removal cream, rather than washing it off make sure you wipe it off with a cloth kind of roughly. It usually helps.
That sounds annoying. I have sensitive skin too it's a struggle.

I get that too! I don't have thick hair, but do have sensitive skin.

Something I have found that really helps is rubbing an ice cube on the area after, and keeping it moisturized.

I also make as few passes over areas as possible, which usually means changing out blades frequently.

Well, based on my extensive experience in this area you need to go with the grain.
