Trim off all the split ends.Try to keep all your hair the same length.Avoid using straighteners when you can and definitely don't use a high heat setting as that causes permanent hair damage.
At home use a good quality shampoo and conditioner then allow your hair to dry naturally.A good conditioner keeps hair separated and when you brush your hair will prevent breakages.Don't force a brush through knots,detangle them carefully.
