I Have Nervous Habits

I only do this when I'm really anxious or when I'm bored and not paying attention to what I'm doing, but I have this habit where I'll pick at my fingers, mainly my thumbs, to the point where they'll bleed. It doesn't hurt, it's more soothing than anything. It's really strange. But like everything else, I get self concious about it lol

I do that too.. I pick the skin on the side of my thumb.
