I Have Nervous Habits

I only do this when I'm really anxious or when I'm bored and not paying attention to what I'm doing, but I have this habit where I'll pick at my fingers, mainly my thumbs, to the point where they'll bleed. It doesn't hurt, it's more soothing than anything. It's really strange. But like everything else, I get self concious about it lol

I used to be a nail bitter too, but I think I grew out of it. I would I could stop picking at my fingers though >_<
