Wake up, get off, wash myself, change clothes, take a pill, wait for 30 minutes before I can have breakfast, make tea/rooibos, eat breakfast, turn on the computer, work and jump off to SW and Youtube a lot, go out, ideally for a 6 km walk, cook something quick and easy, eat the lunch, work again, do Duolingo, do laundry, hoover or whatever is needed or just f**k around on the internet or play some easy game...eat dinner and work, have a shower, brush my teeth, if I'm not too tired I apply cream and/or salicylic acid serum where needed and go to bed. Put procrastination and stray thoughts randomly between this.
