I’m rly bad at sticking to habits so to train myself, I am making super tiny and easy goals for a week at a time.

That I check off every day.. So far it’s going okay. 🥹

Nice 😌 Practice without pressure, then it becomes habit, usually.
@faery A month is enough time to make something a habit is what I have heard.
