Small Improvements..Day 9
I set a goal to smoke ten cigarettes a day which is cutting my smoking in half as I usually go through a whole pack of twenty.. excluding one day when I was drinking I have easily managed to keep my smoking down to ten each day.
I have been brushing my teeth every night (normally I neglect my dental health).
Been doing two things around the house everyday, I do stuff around the house anyway but some days I just can't be asked so this goal has kept my efforts more consistent.
Been doing stretches each day I get out of bed. This seems like such a small one but honestly since I have been doing I get worn out a lot less easily, usually after I finish work everything aches but since doing this I feel fine.
I have been trying to go to sleep at 2am and wake up at 9am, so far this is a fail most days. I go to bed at 2am but then I am just laid there awake for 2-3 hours and don't get up until 11-12. One night I used antidepressants that I haven't taken for months and I went to sleep a lot easier and woke up to my alarm at 9 but felt drowsy all day.
Yesterday I added a small workout to my routine which I got through but my right arm killed after practising punches (I need to hang up a bag so I have something to hit and don't pull my arms).
Overall I am doing well and I am pretty pleased with myself. Has me thinking I should have just made these small changes years ago and I would be in a completely different place right now.
