Where the mind goes, the body will follow. Ever since my divorce I’ve been exceedingly happy.
Getting in good shape at 62 isn’t very easy, but I’ve lost 40lbs since December and have been working hard to reshape things. At this point, I’m in pretty good shape. The workouts and sparring are stepping up a notch. I’m somewhere near 280 straight days with a minimum of 30-40 minutes of hard workout time (heartbeat in the 130-140+ range).
The most important thing is just to set goals and attack them unwaveringly, whether mental or physical.

I think they're different but also contribute to each other.

They play off of each other. What you eat and how/if you exercise both impact mental health to a degree.
And it's easier to stay physically healthy when your mental health is in check.
