I Have a Bad Habit

I have many like anyone, but the one I want to quit now is biting my nails .. I gave it up a while ago, and my nails got better but lately again I started biting my nails, I wish I can find a way to stop completely !!

Lucky you, I admire strong nails, even when my nails got longer, they were very weak, I tried everything, but I think I need to be more patient, it's a long process
