What's your healthiest habit and what's your unhealthiest habit?

Healthiest: I try to keep hydrated enough every day. I rarely forget.
Unhealthiest: I’m a glutton. Sometimes I just keep eating even though I’m not hungry or it’s making me sick; because for some reason, I want a certain food so much.
