A couple weeks ago I was at the gym
I was just finishing up my dumbbell bench presses, to failure. I always do them three sets to failure for maximum gains. Another guy at the gym thought I was struggling and was about to drop the weights and possibly get injured. He ran up to me, and I kind of flinched away and put down the weights. I took off my headphones and he explained himself and said sorry. And I thanked him for being caring, because he was being quite caring.
It's nice that people like that are out there, willing to jump to lend a hand to a stranger. Sometimes life feels so alone but you're really never as alone as you think.
