Well, I have some good news
So I've been working out again with the dumbbells. Started with the 10lb weight last week, realized if I want strength, I need to do heavier weight with less reps, so I got on the 20lb dumbbell after work like I been doing. It's the only way I'll be able to workout if I do it right when I get home.
So I did the 3 sets of curls, 3 sets of renegade row and then 2 sets of 10 goblet squats with that 20lb weight. Once I was done I was on the floor just taking a rest and so I tried to do push-ups on my knees. The last time I tried, I was only able to do 1. Today, I did 10!!!!!!
I used to do push-ups all the time, but when my left arm got operated on for tendonitis, I've been so extremely careful with my arm. If it gets injured again, they said it would be very difficult to fix, since they stretched the tendon and reattached it.
Anyhow, I hope soon I'll be able to do full on push ups again!! Granted when I did them on my knees, it wasn't the greatest, but it was a full 10 reps no stopping or anything like that.
