Second time in the gym
I need someone who is familiar with working out.
I did some crunches and arm curls with 20 pound dumbbells and then 20 minutes on the stationary bike at a resistance level of ten, I managed 4.5 miles then I did some planking and then got on the treadmill for ten minutes at a 2 mph pace with a 4 degree incline and back to the free weights for another set of curls and crunches and that’s it.
