How can i develop a very strong handgrip?
Hi, i am a skinny guy and throughout my life, I've met several people, both men and women, who, despite their similarly slender build, had incredibly strong handshakes. So I wanted to see if I could strengthen my grip while maintaining my slender build. I'm not interested in becoming a bodybuilder with enormous biceps, but through specific hand and forearm exercises, I'd like to develop an extremely strong handgrip, even stronger than that of a typical gym-going bodybuilder.
