@Ashly but what's the point if you can't walk right? You got like 2 to 4 months, slow it down. Injuring yourself will stop your progress. if he's not impressed then another person will. Your health is more important. Wish you luck

@empanadas I’ve been going overboard these past two months 😕 when I’m sad I get motivated to work out surprisingly, but I tend to over do it at times

@Ashly well it's good you are are working out when you are sad. It's better than doing drugs and alcohol. However don't over do it. Learn to love yourself. You are enough. Improve yourself for being the best you and not for someone else

@empanadas that’s impossible 😭 I always catch myself staring at some eye candy at the gym 🫣 but I will try ♥️🥹
