depends what you mean by "good shape". might be pretty to look at but no real stamina. sometimes strength training can be done at a pace that becomes aerobic. you can also switch back and forth. you have to do cardio to be in good shape, imo

Strength training coupled with high intensity interval training will get you in fantastic shape. No cardio required.
