@DogMan I could never do that. To me, working out at the gym is my alone time. It drives me crazy if someone tries to chat with me when I’m working out

@Mardrae And that's fine, I'm the same way. Back in the day, it was a tight knit group
of people that went to the gym and pumped iron. It was well before 24hr fitness, and the million other chains.
Outside of California, it was a weird thing to do. When I was in
the military in the late 70's. I had a room mate that was a powerlifter,
he got me into weight training, and it stuck with me for life.
I'm almost 64, and I don't think I will never stop.

@BeefySenpie Yeah, many people are cool with it. I'm going to EOS now, because it's close
to my house. It's massive and crowded, which is ok, since there is enough equipment.
I still don't understand how so many young people are working out at 2pm when I go.
I'm semi retired, 2pm used to be the dead time.

@Ryannnnnn Yes, while one person rests, the other person goes. When I see people sitting
on their phones between sets, or taking long breaks, it's time to ask to work in.

@Gangstress I don't "Work in" with others anymore. It's done more at smaller gyms, which
I wish I had one close to my house.
