I like bench presses and dumbell rows, but I kinda hate squats.

They're a lot harder because you have to put all this mental effort in worrying about your form while you're trying to get that muscle burning feeling. Obviously, you still have to worry about your form when you're doing bench presses and rows, but I think it's much less complicated in those cases.
