No matter how hard I go in the gym, I always can't help but wonder if I could have gone harder

It's never enough 🤷🏽‍♂️. But that is what it means to love a process; that's okay. I will incorporate what I feel I can do better, and after that I will rinse and repeat.

Namely this week my thing was I got into the gym late twice. Not terribly late but I had to compensate the lost time with higher volume (more weight and more reps).

So I fixed it, but if I had gotten there in time I could have still done the higher volume and just had more time to really punish my shit.

I've been working long hours so getting up at 3am four days a week is getting real hard 😪....

I've got to dig deeper! No excuses!

If I optimize my time management I can make it happen.
