I just lifted another 0.6 tons on curls! Also I did 50 lifts behind the head (triceps), so that's 0.9 tons

That's 0.2 tons better for triceps, although I'm not noticing much strength increase in the biceps yet.
You realise you are the ONLY person who measures wejght sets this way 😂

@OogieBoogie My brother told me about body builders doing this and it's actually really smart. You no longer have to do annoying nonsensical math when you change the weights
@MartinTheFirst well it depends how deep into it you get.

Some get right into muscle fatige and optimim rest times etc.

It can get very complicated.

I just used to do it till i nearly cried and move on to a different muscle group 😄

I think some get too obsessive about it.
Any exercise is a good thing .
