Alright, lesson learned. You can push your limits on squats or you can push your limits on deadlifts. Not both and definitely not in a superset.

Pick a struggle; my lower back is mad at me.

Im pretty sure it was the squats because I've been deadlifting that heavy for a month and some change and never had issues until after that heavy squat heavy deadlift superset.

shove a tennis ball under your bum cheek while lying down. avoid spine/joints. it should hurt so good

@SW-User the only balls I own came included on arrival 🤷🏽‍♂️. I really would have to go out and get some, which I will if I'm not feeling way better in a few days.

@SW-User had to revisit this to say that while I did not find a suitable ball in my home, i did find that holding onto a pullup bar and letting myself hang provided a very nice stretching/decompression feeling to the area.
