@SW-User the only balls I own came included on arrival 🤷🏽♂️. I really would have to go out and get some, which I will if I'm not feeling way better in a few days.

@SW-User had to revisit this to say that while I did not find a suitable ball in my home, i did find that holding onto a pullup bar and letting myself hang provided a very nice stretching/decompression feeling to the area.
