damn, right when I'm going to start lifting weights again my shoulder gets messed up

I think dislocated it. It's frustrating not being able to go to a gym because of a pandemic then you feel comfortable to going back again and some stupid shit happens

Do some rotator cuff work which is often the issue. Even a light band and working on internal and external rotation might help. I'm sick so I can't lift either

@iamonfire696 combination of falling and landing awkwardly. Then me ignoring it and putting pressure on it until I can't move my left arm without pain

@empanadas Ah shit, that sucks. I have tendonitis in both arms, ulnar nerve entrapment in my right arm and bursitis in my right shoulder from arthritis so I understand the pain. Have you seen your doctor? Have you gone to a physiotherapist? They can give you exercises to stretch and strengthen.

I hope it doesn’t cause too much trouble for you.
