I Like to Go to the Gym
I haven't been to the gym in a while but I started going back last month and I feel great after a workout. I would be in at least 45 minutes to an hour or an hour and a half. I'm eating healthier... well trying to. I've been eating less bread, drinking less soda and just trying to eat good foods. The truth is I haven't been that motivated to work out even though I workout at home, sometime I still don't feel that motivated but I'm getting more motivated again and I'm proud of myself. I got to challenge myself and I do but I also don't want to overdo it. The last thing I want to do is get bigger again because a while back my aunt noticed that I've gotten bigger. In other words getting a lot of weight and that's not a good thing especially since I'm young. I've lost weight before and I'm trying to get under 200 again, but the most important thing is to be healthy. I'm rambling too much lol. Let's do this!
