I get picked on, bullied cause I'm so small, in height and build etc

I get picked on, bullied cause I'm so small, in height and build etc. This makes me more insecure naturally and means more reclusive, which means I get picked on more etc.

Pick the time and situation and fight back against the bully. Not necessarily fisticuffs, but fight back nonetheless. Bullies pick because they can. If they encounter resistance and better yet, embarrassment, you gain confidence and peace. Speaking from experience.
