Just big enough to fit them into. That is what you want to know...right?

Mini fridges are a total trap because they actually fight the laws of physics. Because of their small size, they have a ton of outside surface area relative to the tiny space inside, meaning warm room air is constantly leaking in the mini fridge paradox. To fight that heat, they have to rely on cheap, overworked mini-motors and thin insulation. While they use less total electricity than a giant kitchen fridge, they are incredibly inefficient for their size meaning you are paying way more energy per square inch just to keep a few drinks cold.

I have a Danby and I`ve had it for years. It has a freezer that really too small, but the fridge is great
@Degbeme thank you, I will look into this

I had two different type of mini ones that were mainly for drinks. Both crapped out after 6 months. One was about 100 and other was higher. But I'm sure they improved over the years. We have one at work that is like a wine fridge. And that one actually is very good

Modern light duty appliances are absolutely disposable
Why would u need a mini fridge
How mini ?
There are that many small fridges out there.
90Lt?...42lt? Are you wanting it to have a dedicated freezer space?

I looked into a few years back and they can range from 100 bucks to over 1000🤷‍♀
@AbsolutelyFabulous I know that many makeup fridges are that size.

But if its for a teenager - these are pretty nifty:
@OogieBoogie oh yeah thank you so much, they look great
@AbsolutelyFabulous Apparently really small fridges are different to normal fridges as they don't run on a compressor - so they are really quiet.

The drawback is: they arent as 'chilling". So ....you can't expect the same type of cold performance from them as a regular refrigerator.
Ambient temperature WILL affect them.

So maybe make sure they are kept low to the floor, not up on a bench where its warmer air?🤷‍♀

They are dirt cheap in the first place
I don't think a teenager would fit in a mini one. Try a chest freezer.
