Teen puberty questions

I just turned 14 a month ago, and my penis has not started to grow and i have no pubes. My 11 yr old step bro has pubes and his penis is much bigger than mine.
Do I have something wrong with me am I lacking vitamines?)

Delayed puberty is not unusual. It's frustrating, but be patient.
