How do you deal with a 17 year old girl who's pretty convinced rules doesn't applies to her? [I Have Teenagers]

She constantly tells me that I'm lame and old fashioned because I simply don't allow her to do as she pleases. She's leaving for college in the fall and all she ever says is "I can't wait to go to UCLA and do as I please"

Hmmmm here’s what I MIGHT say: I’ll be here when you get back, because I love you, even tho that sounds old fashioned and lame.. Remember, this lame old fashioned Family is forever if you let it be. But it would be nice if you worked on being a little lame and old fashioned yourself: caring, watchful, careful, grateful..(you chose your values to insert here)
