Have you ever seen this message on a friend's profile and what does it mean?

"Contact with this user may be limited. When 'username' returns, this restriction will be removed."
Did they put their profile on vacation? Or are they temporarily suspended from SW?

it also seems to be a prelude to being deleted. so either vacation or they might be leaving.
