Periodically visit your blocked list. If you see any profiles that have a default placeholder icon saying "SW User", that means the user has deleted their profile and is no longer blocked!
Remove that user from your blocked list and free up another valuable block for the latest troll, scammer or pervert.
Also, check the "canceled" button occasionally on your blocked list. Many have also annoyed the admin and have been booted off the site, and you can safely unblock them and reclaim your block that way too.
