Has a friend here surprised you in their reply to a post?
And the reply they give to a post is just so either biased or ignorant or arrogant....and you never thought they'd be like that? 😞 It makes you feel this sadness....😢
i have definitely stuck my foot in my mouth a number of times on here....... definitely had moments i was not proud of myself. i try to learn from those times.
Sometimes, yes. Friends can surprise me with their replies, but I try not to take it personally. Online spaces often miss tone and context, and people reply in the moment. Social media isn’t real life, so I don’t let a comment define the friendship.
Yes, but I put that down to me projecting onto a partially revealed personality a fantasy about the bits I don't know. Unless they reveal themselves to be an out-and-out racist or otherwise hold anti-humanitarian views, I usually let it go
perhaps.. i made such a comment not too long ago and was annoyed all day till just now when i took it back 😒 some things are better left unsaid 😒 even if they are true..
