I’m nervous. Ugh. Been having issues with possibly UTI. I’ve never had one but I dread the doctor. I dread getting blood pressure checked. It goes so high but just in office. I bought a wrist monitor hoping that will help me get Normal readings to show. The arm cuff squeeze just sends my heart racing. Isn’t anxiety great.????? Ugh

@Baybreeze i went to a new dr a few years back and she always takes like 4 readings or so, for THIS exact reason. She said its really common for just the idea of having ones pressure tested, can send it up.
So she takes a few. And it helps.
