There's not enough interactions, is everybody talking in private. Or people are just being self-centered

People are posting, reacting, commenting, and likely chatting privately, but the feed just doesn’t seem to be updating much—so a lot of posts aren’t really being seen. I don’t think it's people being self-centered or intentionally ignoring anyone; more often, posts just get missed in the flow, or they simply don’t catch someone’s attention at that moment.
