Yes. Although it’s quite a shock after a dull and wet winter. Sun is so strong as well this week. Yesterday was very misty and cool I had a bad day from start to finish but maybe cause I couldn’t see more than a few hundred yards in front of me.

Yes. I usually have much more energy and motivation when the sun is shining. I can't stand dark days when I feel like I need to turn on the light in the middle of a day.

Absolutely. I actually get spring fever. The weather doesn't control my moods but it plays a part that is for sure.
