If we had the option to close our inbox to private messages, would you choose to close it?

You can only vote on one answer.
I don’t mean like close it permanently, just to have an option to stop incoming messages for as long as you want. Like your whiteboard.

I wouldn't need to as I don't engage in much private messaging anyway. That said, I think it would be a good option. People should be able to be here whilst also being left alone.
Exactly, I don’t even want to look at the message to have to choose to ignore it or not. It boils my blood and I have to calm down, and ignore it.

@deathfairy Matthew is soooo creepy. I had to block him! Sorry, not trying to gossip. Just felt "triggered" when I saw that he had messaged you.🤣🤣

I would block more ppl, but I don’t have vip, and don’t always get it. So I don’t want to be stuck on my 500 cap unblocking randoms because someone new sent me a creepy message.

I wanna just close my inbox. @ostfuidctyvm
@deathfairy The best that we can do at the moment is go to Requests in our inbox and just select all categories, so that pretty much everything goes to requests and you don't get notified. It can just be a big filling cabinet of messages that you don't have to look at.
I already have it set that way. But because I have that folder I still see those messages, and sometimes someone I actually have interacted with gets filtered into there when they reach out to me.

I would like to just remove that entire possibility and stay in public interactions only. @ostfuidctyvm
@deathfairy I'm totally on board and I'd vote for that change. I think it would be a useful protection for people. It's easy to say just block but then they need to provide unlimited blocks regardless of VIP.
Exactly.. and for VIP to also be limited is kinda crazy to me, but i understand they have reasons and a system for how things work. Not dissing it, just idk. @ostfuidctyvm
