What's more important? Posting or replying?

Is it generally cool when people post once every half a year and spend most of their time here replying to everyone else?

Probably replying. Posting tends to be more self-serving while replying tends to be more about validating and advising others. I don't mean self-serving in a bad way, just your own threads are usually the therapy hour.
