If you have addblock+ or similar you might try turning it off just to see if that fixes it.

Seems to have intermittent choking and throttle like behavior
About twice daily for me.. at random times

@YoMomma no It was an issue with home and at my parents. Both internets are usually well over 200 mbps. It seems better now
