Why Can't I delete Archived Messages Anymore?

They are just taking up unwanted space and want the shit gone

SW should have a bulk delete. Just like e-mail. It's stupid to hang on to this garbage forever

Four months ago I could, Now I can't. About every few months I would empty the archived messages folder.
